It’s almost the end of August (how depressing, right?!) and through these short, but amazing summer months, I’ve discovered so many great products, cute pieces and wardrobe staples.

With that said, I thought I’d start a new series on my blog where I would share with you guys my current beauty and fashion favorites I’ve been wearing/using none stop this summer.

Let’s start with beauty!

So I know I don’t share a lot of beauty on my blog, but if you’re a product junkie, I hope you’ll enjoy my input on what I’ve personally been loving lately.

Marc Jacobs Re(marc)able Foundation:
Warning: this foundation is extremely full coverage. I discovered it at Sephora when looking for a long-wearing foundation that would give me a little more coverage when shooting. And coverage I received! You truly need the tiniest amount to cover your entire face. I don’t use it as an everyday foundation, but more for special events or where I’m taking pictures and want my makeup to last all day. Even though I don’t use it often, I was truly impressed at how well it stayed on. I would recommend applying it with a beauty blender and mixing it with a bb cream for a lighter coverage.

Marc Jacobs Under(cover) Coconut Primer:
If you have dry skin like myself, you will love this primer. Seeing as I really liked the Re(marc)able foundation I went ahead and purchased the matching primer. It isn’t featured in the pictures above, seeing as it’s one of my more recent products, but it really hydrates my skin to create a smooth canvas. If you have oily skin, this product might not be for you, but my skin just soaked it up!

Essie Gel Couture
I was pleasantly surprised at how well this nail polish lasted on me and couldn’t recommend it more. I suffer from extremely dry and brittle nails and this is the only product that has been able to last a few days on my nails without any chips. My favorite color is Satin Slipper and I then I apply the clear top coat to seal it in.

Ojos Eye Nourish Balm
Perfect for dry undereyes, I put on this nourishing balm at night and I love how thick and hydrating it is. Also I love how it smells and it is completely organic.

Moving on to fashion, more specifically… accessories!

Mejuri Necklace
This necklace literally hasn’t left my neck since I put it on! I started my Mejuri collection a few months ago by trying on their dainty rings and have since been obsessed with the brand. This necklace is probably one of my favorite jewelry piece in my collection and such a classic item that I’ll hopefully keep for a very long time. What’s great about Mejuri is that all their 14K gold pieces are sure to stand the test of time. You really can’t go wrong with their classic and dainty jewelry and my collection keeps growing every month! *

Daniel Wellington Watch

This is the perfect everyday watch. It matched every outfit I put on and added that finishing touch to any look. Also I love the quality of Daniel Wellington watches. They really do feel so luxurious and chic.

Louis Vuitton Petite Malle
Keeping the best for last, I introduce to you, the star of the show… that truly doesn’t need any introduction. I’m sure you’ve seen this bag all over social media and what more can I say about this beauty? Just a simple look at it and I’m sure you can understand the obsession. I instantly fell in love with this handbag, the moment I put it on. The craftsmanship, the classic design and the edginess of it simply spoke to me and I couldn’t help myself from splurging on this special and timeless piece. However, this purchase wouldn’t of been possible without the help of The Collectory that makes luxury dreams come true! The girls from The Collectory were kind enough to not only hunt this bag down for me, but find it at an amazing price. I couldn’t recommend their services more. If you’re looking to buy a specific designer handbag, these ladies specialize in finding the bag of your dreams and all at a better price compared to retail and other marketplaces.
