With the official start of summer gracing us, today’s post is all about summer clothing. When I think of summer clothes, the first thing that comes to mind is dresses of course! They’re loose, breezy, easy to style and the perfect piece to wear as the temperature starts heating up.
Here I’m wearing this gorgeous golden yellow, floral print dress from Lulus. I’ve been completely in love with it and a lot of you might’ve already seen me wear it on my Insta stories last week. Not only is it extremely comfortable, but the fabric perfectly flows creating the most flattering silhouette. With its subtle pleats, puffed sleeves and an amazing slit letting a little skin show through, this is dress could not embody summer more flawlessly.
I dressed up the look with some polka dot, Salvatore Ferragamo sandals and the mix of prints is honestly giving me life! The block heel is perfect for summer and reminds me of some sort of hybrid between a slide and a high heel. They gave me that extra boost of height (which God knows I definitely need) while still keeping it comfortable. Dress them up for a wedding or dress them down with jeans, they are the perfect versatile shoe this season.
